We welcome 4th year medical students to complete an audition rotation with UCF COM/HCA GME Consortium (Gainesville) Psychiatry Residency Program between the months of August through February. Our current medical students will get the opportunity to experience 2 weeks on the inpatient psychiatry service and 2 weeks on the inpatient consultation liaison psychiatry service. Each rotation consists of 4 concurrent weeks.
All medical students will have direct contact with both attending faculty and psychiatry residents. During the rotation, students are expected to attend weekly didactic lectures, journal clubs and case conferences.
We currently accept rotation applications from students of US accredited medical schools only.
